Expression Engine upgraded from 1.6.1 to 1.6.3

We've just finished an out of hours upgrade of several of our clients' EE installations. Most were moving from 1.6.2 or 1.6.1 to the latest 1.6.3 and it all went smoothly, except for one slight issue with php caching which gave us the impression the upgrades had failed!
Apparently due to a cached config.php file, the administation pages were reporting 1.6.2 even after successfully upgrading to 1.6.3.
The CP Home was still telling me that version 1.6.3 now available for download.
Downloading and then re-uploading the config.php file triggered some form of cache recycling, and EE now reports the correct version number.
