We're delighted to now be able to offer all our existing clients cost-effective remote training & support.
LogMeIn Rescue is used by IT helpdesks to provide instant remote support to customers and employees without the need to pre-install software.
For all issues not relating to an active development project, or hosting related failures, we’d like to offer this as a per-incident service to all of our existing clients.
Our usual rate of £8.75(ex.vat) per 15 minutes applies for technical support.
Training sessions will need to be pre-arranged and a set price will be negotiated in advance.
