Mate, from ASFusion is a new framework for Flex developers that attempts to address the many perceived flaws in the Cairngorm Framework. It's too early to tell just yet, but I'm very seriously considering bringing my Cairngorm investigation to a close and pushing further ahead with Mate. I've been very impressed in the week I've had with it so far.
