Hot on the heels of Business Action TV, Greystone Media today released their latest Web.TV project, "The Business Channel". The Business Channel is the first site to be hosted on our next-generation global delivery network.
We’ve been working with Greystone Media on developing their Web.TV platform for nearly 2 years. The arrival of the Business Channel marks the third successful release on this platform, and with the target audience for The Business Channel being the UK’s business leaders, it was vital that our content delivery platform could provide a flawless media experience under the heaviest loads.
Our new platform is based on a next-generation global delivery network, designed from the ground up for digital media streaming and delivery. This platform delivers an optimal online experience to every viewer - regardless of where they are.
The network features across-the-board resiliency to ensure that our content is not exposed to a single point of failure, whilst at the same time, sophisticated distribution techniques help steer our content around the Internet’s bottlenecks.
